Nutella Bites Recipe

1. In a bowl, add flour. In another bowl, combine room temperature water, yeast, and 1/2 tablespoon of melted butter. Stir well.

2. Add yeast mixture into flour. Stir using a spoon to form dough. If too dry, add water. If too watery, add flour.

3. Once dough is nice and smooth with no big lumps, add salt. Knead until salt and dough are combined.

4. Add the rest of the butter into the bowl. Coat the sides of the bowl and the dough with the butter. Rest for two hours or rest for one hour and a half by turning on the light of your oven.

5. After resting, flour your surface and roll dough out into a big circle. Using a cookie cutter or bowl, cut out mini pizza circles.

6. Place onto a lined cookie tray. Make sure to flour each pizza generously so that it doesn't stick.

7. Preheat oven to 430 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 3 minutes. Take it out and be extremely careful. Add your Nutella or melted chocolate.

8. Bake for 3-10 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This depends on the thickness of your pizza and your personal preference. I like a thin crust and at eight minutes, it was more like a pita chip.

9. Let cool and top with desired toppings. I used blueberries and strawberries.

10. Enjoy!
