HEALTHY BANANA BREAD

Satisfies your sweet tooth!

This recipe is the perfect recipe for you to make when you're craving something sweet but also healthy!

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon butter (5 grams)

1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (190 grams)

1 teaspoon baking soda (~3 grams)

1/4 teaspoon salt (~1 gram)

1 avocado

2/3 cup brown sugar (140 grams)

2 eggs

4 bananas

Healthy Banana Bread

1. Take a teaspoon of butter and butter your pan generously. Make sure to get the sides since our banana bread will rise quite a bit. I used a stick of butter because it is a lot easier to hold.

2. In a bowl, whisk together your flour, baking soda, and salt. 

3. In a separate bowl, scoop out a whole avocado and add in your sugar. Mix well with a spoon and then use a hand mixer to "cream" that together. 

4. Now, beat two eggs together and then add that into your avocado mixture. Use a hand mixer to mix until well combined

5. Mash together four bananas. Ripe bananas are ideal. Add that into your avocado mixture and mix well.

6. Next, add the banana and avocado into the dry ingredients or the flour mixture. I like to add half first to avoid a big mess. Then, I add the other half and mix thoroughly.

7. Pour the mixture into your loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour.

8. After the bread has cooled to room temperature, carefully run a knife or fork along the edges and remove the finished banana bread! 

9. Enjoy!
