Strawberry Milk 3 Ways 草莓牛奶 (No sugar 无糖, Sweet 甜, Whipped 打发)
The perfect summer drink to cool down!
Sweet Strawberry Milk
1. Chop three strawberries
You need some pieces that will be small pieces in the milk and other pieces that will be mashed up. The amount of each can vary depending on your taste. I cut the pieces to be mashed bigger than the strawberry pieces in my milk.
2. Mash up pieces of strawberries
You can use a blender or a food processor. You can also mash by hand, but it takes some more time.
3. Some people like this drink sweet while others don't. If you like a nice sweet drink, you can add some sugar into the mashed pieces of strawberry. I suggest adding about a 1/2 tablespoon but you can adjust this amount according to your taste.
4. Pour your mashed strawberry puree, then add your strawberry pieces, and then pour your milk. Add a drizzle of honey if you want an extra sweetener. Enjoy!

2. Mash up pieces of strawberries

3. Grab a cup and get ready to "assemble" this drink
Pour the mashed strawberries into your cup. Next, add your smaller pieces of strawberry. Then, just pour your desired amount of milk. Enjoy!
Whipped Strawberry Milk
3. Take about 1/4 of your mashed strawberry mixture out and add it to your whipped cream. Mix well!If you like sugar, you can add the sugar in the mashed strawberries. Otherwise, there's already natural sugar in the strawberry and sugar in the whipped cream. I'm using store-bought whipped cream, but you can certainly make your own using heavy cream or whipping cream. For store-bought whipped cream, I like to mash the air out of it so that it's more of a liquid-but-not consistency. It's also easier to mix that way.
4. Get ready to assemble!
Grab a cup and pour the mashed strawberries in first. Then, add your chopped pieces. Pour in your milk, but not too the top. This "look" was inspired by the trendy Dalgona Coffee. So, next we're gonna pour in our strawberry whipped cream on top of our milk. Enjoy!
